About Frankie
Frankie started riding at the age of 6 years old. By the age of 12, every spare moment was spent at Lion Hill Farm, where her passion and love of horses grew. At 15, Frankie rescued her first horse, a thoroughbred named Cheyenna. Frankie went on to become the barn manager of a farm in Sandy Hook, CT at the young age of 16, where she was able to further her knowledge in natural horsemanship, ground work, and dressage. She also was training under Wendy and Nina Pola of Watch Hill Farm, Where she began her hunter/jumper showing career at Fairfield County Hunt Club, Old Salem Farm, CHJA Finals, the Vermont Summer Festival, and more. At 19, Frankie spent a winter as a horse trainer and riding instructor at JT Farm, where she worked with Emma and Christina Schauder, Tamar Ross, and Debi Marlowe. At 20, she joined Watch Hill Farm schooling young horses and ponies, as well as horses coming off of being laid up. In 2020, Frankie started her business, FRS Equestrian, at her familys farm in Sandy Hook, CT, where she works along side her moms business, Once Upon a Pony Party.
